Age: 55
Dx: Left infiltrating lobular breast cancer. Had left breast lumpectomy with positive margains.
Sx: Bilateral mastectomy with Tissue expander placement 2014. Delayed DIEP flap reconstruction 2015.
Revision: 2 fat grafting sx’s

Age: 40
Dx: Genetic susceptibility – PALB2 and ATM for breast cancer.
Sx: Bilateral mastectomy with DIEP flap reconstruction
Revision: 1- right breast revision with ATT, abdominal scar rev, bilateral breast fat grafting

Age: 39
Dx: After left breast lumpectomy in 2015 she was dx with left breast IDC. Underwent chemotherapy. Had a second lumpectomy to her left breast and was dx with DCIS.
Sx: Bilateral mastectomy with immediate DIEP flap reconstruction
Revision: 1 revision-bilateral abdominal ATT, bilateral breast reconstruction revision with fat grafting.

Dx: left breast DCIS underwent left breast lumpectomy had positive margins was given the choice of radiation or mastectomy.
Sx: Bilateral mastectomy with immediate DIEP flap reconstruction
Revision: 2 fat grafting sx’s

Dx: Left breast spindle cell carcinoma
Sx: Bilateral mastectomy with immediate DIEP flap reconstruction
Revision: 1 revision – implant placement under DIEP flap for breast augmentation.
