A note from Dr. Potter – “I first met and operated with Dr. Yi many years ago when she visited UTSW where I was training. Pursuing excellence, she went on to complete a fellowship in microsurgery at UCSF, an esteemed program. During her time in fellowship, I learned more about her impressive operative skill and her sincere care for her patients and colleagues. Last year, I recruited Dr. Yi because she understood and embodied our commitment to excellence in and out of the operating room, and I personally trained her side-by-side in my approach to microsurgery. She has exceeded my expectations, and is a valuable part of the team here in Austin, Texas.”
