This 43-year-old female was diagnosed with left breast cancer in 2018. She first completed chemotherapy and then underwent left skin sparing mastectomy and tissue expander placement. She then completed adjuvant radiation therapy and 6 months later underwent left tissue expander removal and APEX Flap℠ reconstruction along with right breast mastopexy for symmetry.
