 Juvederm RadiesseFillers/Injectibles

Continuous muscle movement and facial volume loss results in creases and thinning of the soft tissues. When injecting FDA approved dermal fillers into certain areas of the face, a smoother, fuller, more youthful appearance can be achieved. Other types of injectibles can be used to reduce the fullness due to fat beneath the chin.

Types of Fillers/Injectibles

Procedure

Typically, small amounts of filler are carefully injected into specific areas of the face. Fillers can also be used to increase the size and/or plumpness of the lips directly. Kybella® is given as a series of injections into the fat under the chin.

Recovery

Results from Juvederm® may last approximately six months to one year. Kybella® is administered over a series of treatments with permanent effects.

Patients may experience bruising, swelling, and/or discomfort at the injection sites; thus it is recommended to schedule an injection one week ahead of an important meeting or event.

For many non-surgical cosmetic procedures, the procedure can be completed during your initial visit.  If you are interested in learning more about any non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including injectibles or fillers, contact Dr. Potter through the online contact form, or call 512-867-6211.
